Need a second opinion or an expert to take a look at your rail system? Gantrex has experienced technical personnel and qualified inspectors for the execution of an on site visual inspection that will check the visible state of pads, clips, rails, plates and the supporting structure (concrete or steel ) of your crane rail system and provide you with a written report outlining track condition and any maintenance requirements.

It is extremely important to ensure the crane runway is within operating tolerances. Gantrex seasoned surveyors can undertake the geometrical measurements on some track components (rail, plates), the surrounding supporting structure (beams and columns if present) and crane wheels. This is necessary in order to detect geometrical defects, unusual tolerances. Gantrex experienced technical personnel will analyze the data and provide you with an easy to read report and maintenance recommendations.

In order to understand the problem it is good to have the full picture. Gantrex has specific technical expertise to provide advanced inspections in order to measure particular technical features of the track and crane behaviors. These may include measurements for applied stress or the presence of fractures in the rail.
