Combined with the GANTREX® pads, GANTREX® patented clips are at the core of the soft-mount crane rail solutions and can fit just about every rail profile available worldwide. Clips maintain rails in position via a mechanical lock and simultaneously accept the real rail movements through a soft synthetic elastomer nose, vulcanize-bonded to the clips designed to accommodate the forces applied to rails by cranes. Lateral adjustment facilitates the installation and allows for further corrections to the track geometry throughout its life.

Combined with the GANTREX® clips, GANTREX® patented pads are at the core of soft-mount crane rail solutions and prove essential to reduce shocks and vibrations in rail systems. Our pad range covers all rail profiles and includes continuous and discontinuous pads. Placed between the rail and its support, the pad ensures the load distribution over a larger surface, the elimination of load concentrations and ensuing fatigue stresses, the centering of loads on the supporting element, the absorption of uneven contact surfaces between rail and support, and the reduction of wear of the rail and its support.

Rails are the core components of any system, with a surface in direct contact with moving machines. For more than 50 years, Gantrex has delivered soft-mount rail solutions for all manner of crane rail and track systems, with specific expertise in overhead and gantry cranes.

Steel supports are the main components of runway tracks and come in various types and shapes dependent on the rail-mounted equipment such as soleplates and chairplates (baseplates/support plates), steel sleepers and steel columns. The primary function of a steel support is to provide rails with a flat, smooth resting surface which allows for the vertical alignment of a rail system. Whilst anchor bolts secure the steel supports, specific levelling devices adjust the vertical level.  Depending on the specific industry application and moving equipment (cranes or rolling stock), steel supports are installed on top of a layer of grout or concrete that fills the void between the steel support and the concrete foundation.

The Gantrex HingeGuard™ Short Rail is a self-damping short rail solution designed to support the trolley track constraints and to easily enable the boom opening at the hinge joint of the crane. Trench-implanted crane tracks may sometimes represent a risk for pedestrians and the wheels of some vehicles, including motorcycles and bicycles. GANTREX™ Trench Infill was developed to prevent pedestrians from tripping and reduces the impact on the wear and tear of wheels and tyres when crossing trenches. The recycled rubber Chamber Filler offers good sound and electrical installation in all embedded tracks of railway applications

When it comes to epoxy or cement grout systems for rail-mounted equipment tracks and runways, no one is more experienced than Gantrex. We offer effective solutions to support your runway with high-strength epoxy grout or non-shrink cementitious grout. Our range of Gantrex grouts fill the gaps between rail support steel plates and concrete structures. Our grouts are available for continuous or discontinuous soleplate systems and are designed to serve to anchor bolts in concrete foundations, a process known as anchoring. We help our clients select the most appropriate grout on performance, application parameters, purpose (grouting or anchoring), installation conditions and local product availability.
