This new container terminal is making part of an incredible urbanistic project which will see an industrial city with port, luxury hotels and housing for more than 100,000 “rising from the sand”. Incredible but thoughtful. This reflects the long-term vision of the Middle East, constructing new cities in anticipation of the post-oil world, to transition away from the petroleum industry to a variety of other industries, including tourism, manufacturing, education and hi-tech.
Gantrex recently secured an important order for the supply and installation of more than 2200 meters of TrenchLok™ cable trench covers. They will be used on the seaside of the STS runway of this new Container Terminal.
