Last month saw the official opening of our brand new, dedicated Gantrex facility in Malaysia. The facility includes a commercial and warehouse operation, and provides a central Hub resource for Malaysia, further strengthening the strategic network of Gantrex operations throughout the world.
In planning since a while, the new site has been warmly received by local customers, who in our recent surveys, highlighted this as an area they would be keen to see further development. It has been reassuring, therefore, to know that our plans have been aligned with the needs of our market.
The new hub will provide office space for Gantrex employees, offering greater on the ground assistance for our vital technical and service support teams. In addition, the dedicated warehouse facility means that product delivery lead times can be reduced with a constant stock holding of clips, pads, rails and other essential materials.

The Singapore office will remain working hand in hand with our Malaysia facility, combining to drive quality, customer service and project excellence across the continent.
