It is with much satisfaction that the site of Nivelles, Belgium, comes to equip the production zone of clips of a smoke extraction system and a paint booth. The first will help absorb the fumes from vulcanization presses, and the second will evacuate the fumes generated during the surface preparation of the clips before vulcanization. The effectiveness of this installation will be annually monitored by an approved external body, and will substantially reduce pollution in the workers’ production area and filter the pollutant releases into the atmosphere.
