From port equipment to shipyards, from the automotive sector to the railways, Gantrex is the world leader on all fronts.
The medium-sized company from Leuven is highly specialised in the production, distribution, installation and maintenance of track solutions, such as rails or fasteners for cranes and trolleys, for example.

The systems developed by Gantrex therefore have a very specific purpose: to support the heaviest loads. This allows the company to be present on more specific construction sites. While a large part of their activity is devoted to port equipment, the launch pad for the new Ariane 6 launcher, the retractable roofs of the Real Madrid stadium or the Wimbledon tennis court, or even the Seine musicale complex near Paris, are all infrastructures that have benefited from the company’s expertise. On such sites, it is necessary to be able to move very heavy loads on a daily basis, and it is naturally that the project managers have called on the number 1 in the sector!

To be present on such varied markets is not common. To achieve this, Gantrex relies on the expertise of 350 employees around the world, including some 60 at the site in Nivelles.

The company’s future projects include Gantrex 4.0, a development plan that aims to digitalise activities and get closer to customers by offering a maintenance, inspection and repair service.
