New supply and installation of quay crane runway (Port of Kamsar, Guinea)

As part of the expansion project of its production capacities, the Guinea Bauxite Company (Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée, CBG) has entrusted Sogea-Satom and EMCC (both from Vinci group of companies) with the extension works of the ore tanker quay and the dredging of the port of Kamsar (Guinea). Gantrex will be in charge of the supply and installation of the quay crane runway. The 360 meters wharf extension requires to drive 150 piles and pour 8.500 cubic meters of concrete. The completion of the project in October 2017 will help double the loading capacities of ore carriers.
