Main Objective
Managing Estimation and Execution of service activities (Installation /Survey /Refurbishment) along with subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Resource planning & allocation, mobilization and demobilization plans, fund allocation, monitoring the project in terms of CV, SV.
- Handing of Site Expenses with proper documentation
- Preparing project reports based on the task completion, to various projects as per Gantrex Protocol
- Assist project manager in project estimation in terms of living cost, site locations and consumables at various project locations
- Monitor and take care of employees welfare in term of health, leaves, uniforms, site requirement, personal commitments, etc
- Providing pre-smart briefing and toolbox talks with the employees.
- Following HSE policy.
- Preparing method statements risk assessment, COSHH etc.
- Knowledge in Geodetic survey, Total station, Auto levels AT welding and ARC welding process.
- Claim for variation orders if any.
- Meeting the projects under the budget.
- Responsible for final report submission to the customer.
- Responsible for weekly reports in the actual jobs completed to the finance team.
- Monitor the works planned and potentially make on-site visits to make sure that agreed terms of contract are respected, and that customer satisfaction reaches expectations.
- Communicate with customers to discuss technical issues pre order and post order where required.
Depending on the company’s priorities, the job holder may be assigned other tasks within his skills and competences and for which he will be trained by a third party if needed.
Competences
Technical
Project management experience is a must,
Basic survey knowledge is a must,
Understanding how to read a CAD drawing is a must.
Language
Excellent Knowledge of English (Both written & spoken),
Knowledge of Hindi is a must (Spoken).
IT
AUTOCAD knowledge is a must.
Behaviour
Client oriented, adaptability, organized, flexible, dynamic, proactive, listening, and communication skills. No fear of heights.
Travel
The job requires extensive travel (More than 50%), mainly with in India. Should be ready to roam as per project site requirement within India.
