May 26, 2020 - We’re proud to announce the launch of the Gantrex Academy, a brand new online learning initiative designed to give our teams, throughout the world, direct access to the very latest training resources.
In the last few weeks, we’ve finalized the development of a new HR tool and we are happy to announce that the Gantrex Academy has gone live on May 4, 2020. As part of our commitment to our people, the Academy tool has been in planning for many months. However, considering the unprecedented health and economic crisis that we all find ourselves in, the timing for the release of this new tool has been perfect and makes the tool even more valuable.
At it’s heart, the Gantrex Academy is an online learning platform, designed to share a wide range of corporate communications, upskilling initiatives and tools along with the latest technical knowledge from our teams. The purposes of the tool is to make sure that all Gantrex employees around the world have access to the resources that they need. Be that for their own self development, or on a wider Group level, offering a clear insight and understanding of Group objectives, and the role they play in helping us achieve them. The content is a mix of relevant and varied Gantrex business learning content, ranging from induction sessions, technical trainings, soft skills, business trainings, to general business skill content. And to keep the platform active, and teams engaged with it, we have built in extra functionality to allow users to share content and comments with peers.
We want the Gantrex Academy to become an integral part of our employees working lives and we’ll be continually updating it with new resources, tools and information so that it remains relevant and useful as we move forwards as a business.
The Academy is now live with a selection of our regions and we expect to roll it out company wide over the coming weeks.
