Project Manager, Bilbao, España

About the job

Main objective:

Will manage all phases of assigned projects ensuring that the technical-financial objectives are achieved and met.


1/ Support to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the preliminary phase of the project, for all customers in our various industrial sectors (port, steel, logistics, international, railway,…), located in the geographical area of Spain and Portugal:

Analysis of technical specifications
Technical definition of the solution to be proposed, with the possible assistance of the Technical Manager.
Requests for quotations and costing of the project, including the installation part (according to the elements communicated by the Service Manager).
Drafting of bids

2/ Project management after order entry:

Responsible for compliance with the scope (technical and contractual), schedule and budget of the project.
Request and validation of project plans prior to fabrication
Validation before delivery to customer

Validation after on-site installation


External: customers, subcontractors, etc.

Internal: All company departments (Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, Sales Administration, etc.).



Knowledge of the product, contracts, interpretation of drawings.
Critical thinking, analysis and synthesis, good knowledge of mechanics.
Knowledge of concrete, GC and/or framing is a plus.


Fluent English (oral and written). knowledge of other languages is desirable.


Common use of traditional software used in companies. Knowledge of 2D drawing software such as Autocad is an advantage.


Customer and sales oriented, ability to listen and adapt, organized, flexible, dynamic, dynamic, proactive.

Willing to travel (up to 20% of time maximum).


Industrial or civil engineer in mechanical, electromechanical or construction (ideally).

Minimum 4 years of experience
