We are looking to hire a marketing analyst responsible for conducting both internal and external market research to define the necessary actions to achieve the sales objectives set out in the company’s strategic plan. This position is based at our facilities in Bizkaia.
The geographic scope of the role covers Central and Southern Europe, French-speaking countries in Africa, and Latin America, with main offices located in Belgium, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and Mexico.
What You’ll Do
- Market Research:
- Market Research
- Competitive Analysis
- Interpretation of internal and external data
- Forecasting
- Customer Experience (CX):
- Expansion of the MyGantrex Platform
- Participation in improving customer interaction stages
- Leadership of the VoC strategy
Internal:
- Assisting the HQ Marketing Department in implementing Business Unit initiatives
- Creating dashboards to support the Sales Department
- Defining and implementing procedures to improve internal information
- Attending local internal events to participate in meetings within the region
- Other objectives may be assigned based on the applicant’s skills and competencies, with training provided by a third party if necessary
What we’re looking for in a candidate
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and/or Business Analytics and/or Marketing
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills regarding data
Communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Experience in industrial sectors and an international environment
IT: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI, experience with CRM and ERP
English, at least B2 level; French is highly valued
