We are looking for a LOGISTICS TECHNICIAN / ORDER MANAGER fluent in English and French to join our Gantrex team in Sondika.
Objectives:
The person will be responsible for the management of orders for the sale of materials from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
Requirements:
– Experience >5 years
– Used to work with ERP’s (Dynamics 365 very valuable).
– English, high level.
– French, high level
– Used to work in an international environment.
– Review of orders and contracts, acknowledgement of receipt of orders, stock control for order supplies.
– Experience in international shipments, Logistics
– Entry of orders into the system, preparation of documentation (delivery notes, packing lists, BLs, etc.), shipment management.
– Used to working with long term projects/orders, which can take up months, with several shipments from different parts of the world, etc.
– Occasionally dealing with suppliers
Soft Skills:
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with agility and accuracy.
– Communication skills
