Controller, Bilbao, Spain

Gantrex Spain is looking to recruit a Controller for the South West Europe and Latin America region, reporting to the Regional Finance Director. The position encompasses the operations carried out from 4 companies in Belgium, Spain and Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, processing and analysis of financial data and KPIs to provide relevant information for commercial, operational and/or financial decision making.
  • Planning, monitoring and financial review of sales projects. Project accounting.
  • Drawing up the monthly analytical closing of the group reporting.
  • Preparation of the monthly sales estimate (rolling forecast).
  • Participation in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Participation in internal projects that require financial support: ERP migration, integration of companies acquired by the group, etc.

The candidate we are looking for must meet the following requirements:

  • Residence in the Bilbao area or nearby.
  • High level of English, equivalent to C1; the work will be carried out mainly in English. French is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in auditing multinational industrial or construction companies, performing team leader functions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Navision or similar ERP.
  • Very high level of Excel, used to handling large volumes of data. Dynamic tables. Macros.
  • Willing to travel sporadically.

Added value:
