For over 40 years GANTREX® has been providing engineered, adjustable soft-mount crane rail solutions for all types of crane tracks and rail-mounted equipment runways.

Crane rail pad is essential in reducing shock and vibration in a rail system.

GANTREX® MK6 rail pad is used for continuously supported systems and GANTREX® MK2 for discontinuous or intermittently supported runways. GANTREX® also produces MK4 pad and MK0 pad for light rail applications on continuous support.

Together with GANTREX® clips, rail pad offers all the advantages
of a comprehensive soft-mounting solution.

The pad laid under the rail ensures:

  • Load distribution over a larger surface
  • Elimination of load concentrations and the resultant fatigue stresses
  • Centering of loads on the supporting element
  • Absorption of uneven contact surfaces between rail and support
  • Reduction of noise and vibrations
  • Sealing between the bottom of the rail and the top of the support
  • Reduction of wear of the rail and its support
